Website Maintenance Plan Terms and Conditions

The Website Maintenance Plan includes items to help maintain the general health of your website, as well as some content updates. General maintenance includes:

- Ensuring website is up and running
- Website backups
- Checking on server diagnostics and ensuring there are no server issues
- Monitoring and addressing security threats
- Completing any needed core updates to the site
In addition, the Plan includes 24 changes per year to your content or styling, such as:

- Header and Menu updates
- Adding/editing copy, images, minor layout or style on an existing page
- Changes images in a slider
- Global style changes such as colors, font, and font variations
- Background colors or images
- Content within rotating areas
- Footer content (images, copy or colors)
- Basic settings of sliders or automatic rotating areas
- Photo Galleries – adding, modifying or removing a gallery
- Removing a form, modifying some of the fields on an existing form, or adding a prebuilt form
- Adding embed scripts from 3rd parties, like Google, ConstantContact, etc.
EXCEPTIONS
Because adding or managing certain things in a site can be very time consuming, the following items have exceptions:

- Adding a new web page along with its content constitutes 3 changes.
- Photos in Photo Galleries – adding/removing up to 10 photos at a time constitutes one change
- Adding documents – adding/removing up to 10 photos at a time constitutes one change
- New Forms – when adding a new form, the general setup of the form constitutes one change, and each set of 5 fields constitutes one change
- Shopping Cart:
- Adding, modifying or removing an item from the shopping cart system constitutes one change for each item
- Adding, modifying or removing an item from the shopping cart system constitutes one change for each item
NOT INCLUDED
Structural, scripted (JavaScript) or graphically compiled elements for which will require a new estimate will include the following:

- Structural changes
- Requests to create custom graphics or custom photographs
- Changes to the overall theme or style of the website
- Setting up accounts with 3rd party vendors like ConstantContact, MailChimp, etc.
- Writing new javascript or other custom functionality
It is understood that a change does not represent a round of changes, but a change to individual elements or items on the website.
For custom websites, the Maintenance Plan will take effect no later than 30 days after Beckett Marketing, Inc. finishes setting up the site and adding content, and has emailed you a link informing you that the site is ready for your review. It is your responsibility to check your inbox and your junk mail folder periodically for communications from Beckett Marketing, Inc.
The Plan will be in effect for one month from the date of execution and will renew month-to-month until cancelled by emailing your company representative or admin@beckettmarketing.com.
